When the outside temperature falls below 32 degrees ... Disconnect outside water hoses to faucets, even the "Freeze Break" type to keep from freezing up and requiring plumbing repair. Issues will arise in the springtime when you first turn on the spigot.
ADD YEARS TO YOUR A/C UNIT
- When mowing, always blow grass clippings away from the unit
- Trim any shrubbery to keep a minimum six inches of air flow
- Take a wire brush and gently comb through the outside filter to remove debris
